This is a wonderful piece of art that you notice if you are paying attention. I went to see Tony the Salvage artist and came across this piece. This unusual all-metal sea creature resembles a beluga whale or dolphin. One side presents its complete outer form, while the opposite side exposes a sculpted metal skeleton. It stands in a small roadside space beside the railroad tracks in Conway. A nearby artist hinted that the sculpture has “a secret,” but declined to reveal it. Its official title, artist, installation date and full story have not yet been verified. Please obey the posted sign and do not climb on the sculpture.
