This Non-Sign II. It is a sculpture that you can't walk up to. It is in Blaine, WA on the US/CAN border, but owned by Canada. You can barely see it from Peace arch Park and you can't get a good look at it unless you are in a car coming back from Canada. You can't walk up to it, even with a passport. It is an unusual piece of art, but also impossible to enjoy unless you are stuck in border traffic.
