Starrett to his wife Ann, this Victorian masterpiece is famous for its free-floating spiral staircase and unique solar calendar ceiling. It's also considered one of Port Townsend's most haunted homes, with visitors and former innkeepers reporting sightings of a mysterious red-haired woman believed by some to be Ann herself. Whether you believe the stories or not, it's one of the city's most fascinating landmarks.
